SKETCH #2 -June 18th 2009-

Yet another great night - live art and live music, the place was buzzing with creativity. Art works were being plastered on the walls of the jamjar and many were being sold. Once again the feedback was awesome, we all had a great time. Artists from SKETCH #1 came back and made new art for SKETCH#2, as well as some new guests, thanks once again for making it happen.

SKETCH #2

Note to artists: Participating artists are encouraged to bring their own materials if they have any specialist requirements. We would like to bring to your attention that SKETCH #2 will not include painting of any kind; including watercolour and acrylic paint, due to the length of time that it requires for the paint to dry – thus affecting the concept of Sketch – that being instantaneous availability of art. We would appreciate your understanding in this regard.

In order to serve you better, SKETCH will now be split into two time slots – artists in attendance from 5pm – 10pm, and patrons and customers invited to come and participate from 8pm – 10pm.
